Research

As a nonprofit supporting people with disabilities, we believe in the power of research. Our research initiative helps us create a collaborative and effective work environment, and develop our training and skill development programs. Our research helps us improve the work experience for our employees and other organizations that employ people with disabilities.

Our research is aimed at:
  1. Understanding the challenges that people with disabilities face in the workplace
  2. Developing training methods and programs tailored to the needs of people with disabilities
  3. Accessibility within workplaces and innovative applications of technology to improve working experiences

We publish reports and findings about people with disabilities at workplaces, specifically within food service. One of our priorities is to enrich the current body of knowledge to create engaging and meaningful career experiences for adults with disabilities.

We invite collaboration with universities, research institutes, design, and innovation companies to further the impact of our research.
